The repository carries an MIT licence attributed to TVK Group / TVK Labs & Technologies. Applicable source-code permissions remain under that licence; product subscription, support and account-service terms are separate. Copyright notices do not cancel permissions granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Third-party components
The platform uses pinned Next.js, React, Supabase JS, CCXT and ethers dependencies, plus their transitive packages. Package, provider and exchange names remain accurate. Upstream notices are preserved in the downloadable software notices. Server APIs and independent provider services retain their own terms.
