Contract and eligibility

These terms govern use of EnteleQUANT provided by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD. The current version is recorded when you accept it. Use requires age eighteen or any higher legally required age, capacity to contract, truthful account information and lawful eligibility for your selected exchange products.

You must not misrepresent your jurisdiction or use another person’s credentials. Availability of the website is not confirmation that every product is offered or permitted in your country. Applicable account restrictions and operator permissions must be satisfied before live use.

Your exchange authorisation

You retain your exchange account and instruct the platform through named connections, permitted markets, budget, maximum entry size and other selected controls. Keys should be restricted to view and the intended trading permissions, with withdrawals disabled. Use isolated portfolios/subaccounts where multiple keys would otherwise reach the same balance.

Each real session requires explicit authorisation. Execution can continue while the server worker runs even if you close the website or your web session expires. Signing out does not close positions. Request a stop in the dashboard; pending orders and failed exits still require reconciliation. Revoking an exchange key prematurely may prevent the platform from exiting or verifying a position.

Automation and evidence

Strategies are experimental, may make no trades and can lose money. No promised return, suitability finding or fiduciary portfolio mandate is created solely by software settings. Loss triggers cannot guarantee a maximum loss. Options premium can be lost in full.

The platform persists order intents and reconciles actual exchange evidence. A timeout can leave an order’s state uncertain. You must review paused sessions and contact support when needed. Manual exchange activity can invalidate the platform ledger. A signed report has a defined record window and cannot certify lifetime history or performance.

Paid access and changes

Configured monthly/yearly prices are shown before invoice creation and recorded in the invoice. Native USDC on Base is the supported payment asset. Wallet signatures prove invoice ownership; they do not transfer funds. You make the payment separately. Customer-controlled renewals are not automatic debits.

Subscription access begins after exact, finalised transfer evidence is accepted. A request for immediate access does not eliminate statutory cancellation rights. Declining renewal stops future entitlement at paid expiry; existing positions are moved to the exit path when the runtime is available. Review cancellation and refunds for payment mistakes and statutory remedies.

Material price changes apply to future invoices or renewals after notice, not retroactively to an issued paid period. Service changes must preserve applicable consumer remedies. Email notices use the contact associated with the account.

Security, suspension and termination

Keep passwords, authenticator codes and keys private. Report suspected compromise, revoke permissions where appropriate and use the security disclosure route. The operator can suspend abusive or compromised access to protect accounts or comply with binding obligations. No such suspension authorises arbitrary confiscation of customer exchange assets.

Before account closure, stop sessions, reconcile pending orders, export records and revoke exchange permissions. The operator may retain records necessary for binding duties or claims. Termination does not remove accrued payment, confidentiality or mandatory rights.

Liability, rights and dispute route

We do not exclude liability that law forbids excluding, including applicable fraud, negligence and consumer protections. Third-party outages and market losses are distinct from defects in the contracted service; statutory remedies for a defective service are not waived by a risk acknowledgement.

Contact team@tvklabs.com first for a service issue and legal@tvk.group for a formal complaint or rights request. The laws of England and Wales apply only to the extent consistent with non-excludable local protections. No unverified ombudsman membership, regulator authorisation or compensation-scheme coverage is claimed.
